2colheres (sopa) de manteiga, 2 alhos franceses cortados às rodelas,     4 batatas descascadas e cortadas em pedaços ,  1 l de leite, 1 pacote de natas,  1 ramo de cheiros, amendoas lascadas para decorar&lt;br /&gt;Numa panela, derreta a manteiga e refogue o alho francês. Junte as batatas o leite e o ramo de cheiros. Tempere com sal. Tape a panela e deixe cozinhar por cerca de 30minutos, até as batatas estarem bem cozidas. Tire do lume e retire o ramo de cheiros. Bata a sopa no liquidificador, junte as  natas. Verifique o sal e junte pimenta a gosto. Desta vez experimentei fazer de chocolate e ficou muito bom. É um bolo muito fácil e só precisa de um garfo para mexer a massa. Levei ao lume até o chocolate estar bem derretido.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se for comido quentinho, os pedaços de chocolate que estão no interior, ficam bem cremosos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;Nota: os buraquinhos na calda devem a terem estado enfiadas umas velinhas.... um bolinho de aniversário, em período de férias, para alguém muito especial. Sobremesa de recurso em caso de necessidade, só leva 3 minutos e geralmente há tudo em casa...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bolo: 4 colheres de sopa de farinha, 4 colheres de sopa de açúcar, 2 colheres de sopa de cacau em pó, 2 ovos pequenos, 3 colheres de sopa de leita, 3 colheres de sopa de óleo. Mexer tudo, meter nas tacinhas, adicionar um quadradinho de chocolate e levar ao microndas, potencia alta por 3 minutos, como não usei caneca mas sim tacinhas (deu 4) cozeu em 2 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fica bem com uma bola de gelado. Sevir os bifes polvilhados com as sementes previamente torradas na frigideira durante 2 minutos. Deitar a marinada com 2 colheres de azeite numa caçarola e aquecer. Desta vez usei uma forma de bolo inglês. A foto não ficou grande coisa, mas o bolo é simplesmente delicioso. Nunca imaginei que o café com a maçã verde ligasse tão bem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;6 colheres de sopa de açucar, 1 1/2 colher de chá de fermento, 1/2 c.de chá de bicabornato de sódio, 1 c. de sobremesa de cacau, 200g de iogurte de café (potes grandes do Lidl com 340g, deixar 2 dedos no fundo), 6 colheres de açucar mascavado, 2 ovos, 2 c de sopa de óleo, 2 maças Granny Smith pequenas cortadas em cubos&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Misturar os secos e separadamente misturar os molhados, juntar os 2 rapidamente sem bater. Junte os ovos e a manteiga e bata bem. Junte o açúcar e volte a bater.&lt;br /&gt;Distribua a massa pelas formas de madalenas untadas (eu usei formas de silicone sem untar)e leve ao frigorifico durante 1 hora.&lt;br /&gt;Ao fim desse tempo aqueça o forno a 210º e leve a cozer as madalenas por 8 a 10 minutos. Assim que fiquem cozidas retire-as do forno e desenforme-as. Distribua por cada madalena o chocolate ralado e leve de novo  ao forno até derreter. É rápido. Também irei experimentar quando fizer frio, para temperar cubos de abobora   a assar no forno com azeite. Quem prova o meu gosta muito. Apesar de cá em casa sermos apenas 2, costumo fazer logo 1kg de carne picada e depois congelo o que não for utilizado e sirvo de outras maneiras para além do spaguetti, tagliatelli ou linguini e o que é muito importante, num dia de preguiça já temos o jantar ou almoço meio aviado, é que com a congelação não perde nada em sabor. Um prato muito simples, tão simples que até os miúdos gostam.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;A minha receita:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;1kg de carne picada de vaca (apenas); azeite; 2 dentes de alho; 1 pacote de sopa de cebola Knorr ou Maggi (daquelas em pó); 2 pacotes pequenos de polpa de tomate (210g cada); a medida do pacote em vinho branco; e medidas do pacote e água; oregãos (muitos)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Numa panela ponho um fio da azeite a tapar o fundo e adiciono o alho picado. Quando estiver quente junto a carne e vou "fritando", mexendo bem. Tendo toda a carne perdido o tom de sangue, meto na panela o pó todo da sopa de cebola e a polpa de tomate, mexendo muito bem para ficar tudo bem misturado. Junto de seguida o vinho branco e metade da água. Mexe-se muito bem e deixa-se ferver, nessa altura baixar o lume para o mínimo e tapar a panela. Ao fim de 15 minutos destapar , mexer bem, não vá o fundo estar a colar, adicionar o resto da água, mexer bem, pôr os oregãos, tapar e deixar cozinhar por mais 30 minutos (não pôr sal pois a sopa é já salgada). Pode adicionar pimenta ou piripir a gosto.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Para servir ponha mais oregãos e parmesão ralado na altura a gosto.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;A versão normal é acompanhar com spaguetti ou outra massa qualquer que preferir. O L. costuma ir à panela roubar um pouco de molho para fazer umas sandes de bolonhesa, para entreter enquanto espera o almoço ou jantar. Escorra e corte às rodelas ou em palitos&lt;br /&gt;Aqueça o forno a 200º. Bata os ovos com o queijo fresco, tempere com sal e pimenta, junte os coentros e o gengibre ralado.&lt;br /&gt;Deite este preparado numa forma de silicone ou então em forma untada e polvilhada com farinha. Distribua as cenouras por toda a superfície. Polvilhe com as sementes de sésamo e sal grosso. Leve ao forno por 25 minutos. Misture bem até ficar homogéneo. Acrescente o vodca e metade do sumo de limão. Tempere com sal e pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;Corte o salmão em tiras finas, misture com o sumo de limão e distribua pelos 4 copinhos. Cubra com a mousse de mascarpone e decore com as ovas e o cebolinho picado. Num dos lados ponha a compota de cebola. Corte a polpa em bolinhas.&lt;br /&gt;Numa tigela misture o sumo de a lima com o rum, o coco ralado e o azeite. Bata muito bem e junte 4 gotas de Tabasco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Reparta os camarões pelas tacinhas (6 para cada) assim como as bolinhas de meloa. Ponha por cima o molho e tempere com sal e pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;Decore com gomos da outra lima e os camarões inteiros reservados. Usei das beterrabas que se vendem já cozidas e pus bastante vinagre, pois cá em casa gostamos assim.&lt;br /&gt;Deixe-as ficar pelo menos 1 hora a envinagrarem, e a seguir corte-as em cubos.&lt;br /&gt;O pepino é descascado e retiradas as sementes. Corte-o também em cubos e meta no liquidificador até ficar creme. Esta é uma receita que reproduzi depois de diversas tentativas e parece que não saiu mal. Costumo comer num restaurante em Badajoz, o Machirivito. Pode ser comido como entrada mas eu prefiro como prato mesmo, sendo um prato leve.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Para 4 pessoas o que é preciso, para cozinhar as aves em escabeche:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;2perdizes, 3 dl de azeite, 3/4 de litro de vinagre, 6 folhas de louro, 1 cabeçaa de alhosos, pimenta em grão e 1 copo de água.&lt;br /&gt;Numa panela de aço inoxidável (nunca em alumínio), pôr as perdizes e todos os ingredientes (os alhos sem descacascar). &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;As perdizes têm de ficar completamente cobertas pelo líquido, pelo que se for necessário junta-se mais um pouco de água. Se não lhes posso morder, ao menos trinco no bife!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Vamos à receita para 2:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 bifes da vazia; 2 colheres de sopa de margarina ou manteiga; 1/2 cálice de cognac; 1 dl de natas frescas de preferencia; 1/2 colher de café solúvel; 2 colheres de sopa de pimenta verde em grão; sal q.b.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Passe cada um dos bifes pela pimenta verde partida grosseiramente. Numa frigideira comece por derreter 1 colhere de sopa de margarina.Quando a margarina estiver bem quente, mas cuidado com o lume forte, para não queimar, introduza os bifes, e deixe alourar dos dois lados.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tempere os bifes com sal.Retire os bifes da frigideira, e escorra parte da gordura onde. Deite a restante margarina, deixe aquecer e regue com o conhaque, puxe o fogo, agitando a frigideira.Esfregue os resíduos com uma espátula e deite as natas e o café, agite a frigideira de modo a obter um molho grosso. É importante não deixar ferver as natas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Deite este molho em cima dos bifes já no prato.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Acompanhei com batatas fritas em palitos e pimentos padron também fritos. E que bem me soube, quero lá saber da dieta. Fazem-se no instante, não engordam muito e chegam para tirar a vontade de um docinho. A receita que segue dá para 12, o que significa que cada um tem menos de ½ colher de açúcar não é muito…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;A receita:&lt;br /&gt;125g de farinha para bolos (cerca de 6 colheres de sopa)&lt;br /&gt;1 ½ colher de chá de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;½ colher de chá de bicarbonato de sódio&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de chá de canela&lt;br /&gt;150g de iogurte magro&lt;br /&gt;100g de açúcar mascavado ( cerca de 4 ½ colheres de sopa)&lt;br /&gt;1 ovo grande&lt;br /&gt;1 colheres de sopa de óleo&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de chá de extracto de baunilha (do castanho)&lt;br /&gt;125 g de framboesas&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de sopa de açúcar mascavado&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Untam-se as forminhas. Eu uso de silicone mas unto na mesma ou então mais recentemente coloco forminhas de papel dentro das outras.&lt;br /&gt;Para já deixe de reserva as framboesas.&lt;br /&gt;Juntam-se numa tigela todos os ingredientes secos. Noutra tigela juntam-se todos os molhados. Depois rapidamente e com um garfo mistura-se o seco no molhado. Não é preciso bater bem, é só mesmo misturar até não ficar visível qualquer farinha, mas tem de ser rápido senão o bicarbonato faz crescer a massa rapidamente. Juntam-se as framboesas e dá-se uma volta com o garfo ou pode colocá-las depois de pôr a massa nas formas (ficarão melhor distribuidas). Coloca-se nas forminhas com a ajuda de uma colher. Salpica-se com ao açúcar. A massa fica grossa, é mesmo assim. Vai ao forno a 180º durante cerca de 15 minutos (depende do forno). Não fui excepção.&lt;br /&gt;Adoro uma mousse bem espessa e negra que não cai da colher, detesto aquelas que por vezes há nos restaurantes que ficam com um líquido por baixo.&lt;br /&gt;Em Lisboa para mim a melhor mousse de chocolate é a do restaurante Papa Açorda no Bairro Alto. Vem numa enorme taça, como em Paris e é servida à mesa. Hummm, que delícia, só de estar a escrever já estou a salivar…&lt;br /&gt;Recordo também quando já adolescente se faziam concursos lá em casa, para ver quem conseguia comer mais mousse. Que alarvidade, mas éramos todas/os magrinhos. Depois de feita, a mousse era colocada numa travessa enorme, e depois quando era dada a partida pela minha mãe, é que cada um tentava comer mais (sim todos da mesma travessa, era aí que estava a graça). Lembro quando o meu namorado da altura levou de casa, num desses celebres concurso, uma colher enorme… O divertido para além da comezaina era ficarmos todos sujos e lambuzados. Chegávamos a chorar de tanto rir!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A receita era e é ainda assim lá em casa:&lt;br /&gt;200g de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;6 ovos&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de sopa de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;1 tabelete de 250 g chocolate negro de preferência (quanto melhor a qualidade do chocolate melhor fica a mousse)&lt;br /&gt;Batem-se as claras em castelo, juntam-se uma gotas de sumo de limão, batem-se mais um pouco e adiciona-se o açúcar aos poucos até ficarem duras.&lt;br /&gt;Entretanto pôs-se a derreter o chocolate, partido aos bocados, em banho Maria, com a manteiga.
